Inner Wheel Denmark has the great pleasure of inviting you to the 3rd European Rally. The Rally will take place in Aarhus which is the second largest city in Denmark.
Aarhus is an international center of architecture, design and modern art – and yet it is a historical place with cosy little shops and cafes, a fantastic cuisine and friendly people. Aarhus is also known as the ‘city of smiles’.
The conference center is right in the middle of the city, and accommodation and transport facilities are within walking distance to the conference center.
THE THEMESThe themes of the 3rd European Rally are
Diversity – Inclusion – Integrity. We want to discuss how to create the best opportunities and an environment of respect and appreciation of women with different backgrounds such as age, gender and ethnicity.
Please join us for some exiting days with Inner Wheel friends from all over Europe.
REGISTRATION AND PRICESEarly Bird registration will be available
from November 1st till February 28th . Registration will end by September the 1st.
General Registration fee is 520euro. - Early Bird Registration fee is 479euro. The registration fee is not refundable.
Payment of registration fee must accompany all registrations. Payment can be made by international credit cards VISA and Mastercard.
SPOUSE PROGRAMSpouses are welcome to join the Rally, both the sessions and the social arrangements – or we suggest looking into the exiting VisitAarhus opportunities.
SALES STALLSUnfortunately, we cannot inform you until May 25, whether we can offer sales stalls.
